The breakfast choices were abundant and delicious. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth, always ready with answers. The executive lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere. It was so convenient. I found Hani's attention at the lounge to be especially appreciated.
The towel showed some wear. this was a minor detail compared to the overall positive experience.

The breakfast buffet presented a wide variety. I saw something for every palate, including fresh fruit and pastries. The Tandoor restaurant is available and I loved the authentic Indian flavors. A special mango curry stood out, offering a unique dining experience.

Sarvinder and Myra were pretty good in the Executive Lounge. Their dedication. Staff members are generally very helpful, I noticed their quick responses to all queries. Baharom Jumaat and Osveen Felix took great care of our party at Window on the Park.

The hotel enjoys a strategic location. It is close to major shopping and dining areas. Orchard Road and Somerset MRT Station are also within easy walking distance. The area around the hotel is safe. It's perfect for evening strolls.

The rooftop pool was fantastic. I used it every day. The staff was always so friendly, and they even let me use the pool and gym after checkout since I had a late flight. Breakfast had awesome variety. It set me up perfectly for the day.
The decor felt a tiny bit dated, though everything was very well kept and clean throughout my stay.

The service was perfect. Staff members promptly addressed any needs I had. I found the concierge to be particularly helpful with directions and recommendations. Everyone seemed dedicated to.

the location was good. it was near shopping and restaurants.
my room was supposed to have a city view, BUT i got a view of the parking garage. i asked the front desk about it, they said nothing was available and did not care. it really soured the start to my stay.
